We can offer these beautiful windows in Hardwood Sapele, Hardwood European Redwood or Accoya softwood (a premium hardy version of pine).
Energy Efficiency and Weather Performance
We have achieved fantastic U values (Energy Efficiency) on our whole sash frame and the proof of this is in the Certified Test results on our Sash Slider on Weights design.
These windows are fully weathersealed to achieve a whole frame U value of 1/5 W/m2K
Tilt Back Facility
In addition, our windows have a “tilt back” facility for easy cleaning of the external panes from the inside of your property. These windows have also achieved the high security standard “BS7950” and is an ideal solution for high rise properties.
Authentic Weight and Pulley System
his product comes on pre-streched nylon cords, ball race pulleys and weights. The ball race pulleys and lead weights create a smoothly operating durable product.
You can also personalise your windows with our range of solid English brass fixtures and fittings which are available in a range of fantastic finishes.
We can guarantee that these are the only windows in the country that have gone that extra mile to ensure that no moisture is going to become trapped in any area. They are what we call Dry Gasket Glazed with a sloped and concealed drainage area which provides ventilation and an escape route in the rebates .
Georgian Bar Options
Essentially, there are two options of decorative Georgian Bar.
The first is a structural Georgian Bar which is created using individual glass units and has a width of 39 mm.
The second is a cross halved and scribed astragal bar. This has a width of 22mmm and therefore matches the sightlines of single glazed windows whilst providing the thermal and acoustic benefits of a fully Double Glazed system. Full details can be explained and shown on any visit your property.
